Products and Services
All products at Gifts N More are carefully picked and curated to provide quality and
uniqueness. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but
slight variations may occur.

Orders and Payment
• All orders are subject to availability.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile money and other approved
payment methods.
• We will call to confirm your order, for most purchases.

Returns, exchanges and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within a day of purchase, with proof of purchase.

• Products must be in original condition for a refund or exchange.

• Personalised, curated, and custom-made items are non-refundable.

• Item will be examined, and decision to refund is at our discretion.

If refund is authorised, you will be notified by email, Whatsapp, text message or phone call.
 

Custom Orders

• Custom orders require 48 hours to curate.

• You will be notified on completion and delivery method selected will be applied.

• No changes can be made to custom orders once production has started.

• No changes can be made to custom orders once production has started.

• For custom orders placed after 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, orders will be fulfilled the next day.
• For custom orders placed on Sunday, the orders will be fulfilled on Monday.
